Is the document linked below a ToS that you wrote up, or a generic one that was foisted upon you (and your instance users)?
I'm not on with mandatory arbitration clauses or class action waivers, so if this is meant to be binding, I'm going to be dipping off of this instance. If it's not meant to be binding, then please take out the trash.

I know most people don't read the TOS, but I do, and I take it seriously. If you don't intend to remove the forced arbitration clause & class action waiver, then I'm going to start shopping around for a new instance (or just leave the platform altogether, because fuck it, if even Mastodon servers are going to foist this shit upon users).
