I think if anyone has an audience that would carry over pretty well to Peertube it's you. And one of the biggest issues with Peertube at the moment is a lack of high quality content and creators.

Googling "how to monetize peertube" answered that question pretty well for me. Bro has to eat.
@chrismerkel Fair enough, and that's one of the other biggest issues with Peertube at the moment. But my understanding is, for many YouTube creators anyway, Ad revenue is a pretty small fraction of their income. Obviously I can't say much on that for Alec specifically.
Also the viewership is so low, I doubt it would even make much of a difference at the moment. Obviously that could change in the future but he could always stop uploading to Peertube, or find some other monetization strategy.
