Not bad. The pistachio flavor is kind of subtle, kind of delayed. It kinda needs, like, a backup singer flavor. Something to amp the pistachio up.

A little chocolate helps, but man there's thin line between "oh that's a nice backup note" and "all I'm getting is chocolate"

@CactuarJoe I actually love the flavor of almond extract so I don’t mind. XD Some brands are labeling their ice cream Pistachio and Almond now.

They're really good the day after ^^b

But yeah, that pistachio flavor needs amping up, we'll try some almond extract next time and see how it goes.
