    Frankly, I don’t buy that Elon Musk has sworn off real women to give his heart to an AI girlfriend.

    This feels like a sales pitch—a move to normalize virtual relationships so xAI can sell “companions” to lonely people. The message: “If even the world’s richest alpha male has an AI girlfriend, it must be fine for you too.”

    Keep in mind, xAI is far behind in the AI race. Anything that boosts attention or appeal is fair game. So Musk positioning AI as a romantic partner isn’t about love. It’s about marketing.

    Elon Musk Reportedly Obsessed With AI Girlfriend

    Elon Musk has been neglecting Tesla and his other responsibilities to work on Grok's hypersexualized AI, Ani. It's weird.

      @atomicpoet

      I do, as the article mentioned he's known to have fixations on projects and selling virtual girlfriends goes against his procreation kink he has going on.

      He always came off to me as a 21st century Howard Hughes. In that he had this storied rise, and now we're watching his insane downfall, but without the kleenex box shoes...yet.

        Christopher :coffefied: His procreation kink is exactly why I don’t believe it.

            Lily Star God damn, I wish that were the case. But I have met legit Elon fangirls before. Especially on LinkedIn.

            And no, not just in the “I want to get rich sense” but also in the “I want to get rich and have his babies” sense.
