Names are important. Developers might think harder about their choices if the BSD/MIT licenses had a name that better reflected their reality, such as the "Fuck me harder, corpo-daddy License"

I actually think of these licenses as the "I am not political" / "No politics" of the software world, with similar flaws in thinking.
