      @chikorita157@sakurajima.moe I don't disagree and I am not one to defend discord. However, I have to point out that the first half of this article is shit. It subtly misrepresents what the guy said with the title / subtitle and then adds rage and fear fuel. The second half is their attempt to hide what they've just done, since half of the readers have already ran off.

      The ragebaiting here is pretty scummy and adds almost nothing to the original piece. I'd read that instead.

      Granted, the original piece on Engadget is just Discord doing public relations while the engadget plays the organ; but at least that relationship is honest. Anyone who trusts Discord's platitudes of a kinder, gentler enshittification is a fool.
