Hah! Came to suggest people check him out. Thought Antoliy was fake until I saw the Short were he’s telling girls they’re doing ab exercises wrong.

Watching that guy match or out lift monster dudes is a lesson on training for strength vs. bulk. Also a lesson on books and book covers!
