    Last year I received a death threat online. Some fascist German MAGA excuse for a human wanted me dead.

    I then spoke with @hateaid, a German organization that helps people who are threatened or abused online or by hate speech.

    I coincidentally heard many stories of people who were threatened much worse than I was, whose life was turned into a living hell. We absolutely do need organizations like HateAid, nowadays more than ever before.

    They are now themselves attacked โ€ฆ by the US regime in their global quest against "antifa(scism)". ๐Ÿ˜

    The US fascists officially won't let them enter the USA anymore. The US nazis claim "censorship" as their justification. This is just the beginning.

    Think about that: The USA is attacking civil organizations of a country (Germany) that once was one of its closest allies.

    Our time is no longer nation against nation. In the light of global catastrophes such as the climate crisis, it's a trans-national group of ultra-rich people against the trans-national collection of non-billionaires โ€ฆ which now no longer includes just the countries of the Global South that privileged people like my German countrymen and countrywomen ignored oh so conveniently.

    This trans-national worker collective that is so openly attacked now also includes Western white people who thought themselves so privileged and exempted.

    As the saying goes: Fascism is what white people call it when their governments eventually start doing to them what they've been doing to people of color all this time.

    Anyway, that's a small report of how it's currently going in #Germany for those who don't speak German. If you, reader, are German, donate to @hateaid .

    These days, everyone who talks about "freedom of speech" is a motherfucking asshole: a fascist, plain and simple, and/or just somebody too lazy a thinker to hear the dog whistle.

        @ZDL @davidculley @hateaid Currently it may be limited to entering the US. It is a small step to extend this to sanctions that bar them from using US based services like the ICC judges currently have to deal with.

          @rainbowdragon @ZDL @davidculley @hateaid

          Yeah, that's the really scary part. We are too dependent on American financial services.
