I created my Mastodon account 3 years ago today, and it has been the best online experience I've ever had.

I have a bunch of real friends here, a community of lovers of animals, of nature, of art, music, and literature. Of the possibilities of tech. Of food, gardening, travel, and cars. Of fellow LGBTQ folks. And of protecting democracy.
