@CactuarJoe there's a movie called "leave the world behind" where self driving cars are hacked to block a bridge (among other things happening) though it's by humans.
It's a decent movie from what I remember. Good casting.

But yeah, I didn't think Maximum Overdrive was as bad as its made out to be. It's not a GOOD movie, but it sure as hell ain't Invasion of the Star Creatures.
I'd put MO in the same category as Night of the Comet and Clash of the Titans -- Good Bad Movies. The category of which Tremors is king.
