@jredlund @ajroach42 I think by values different, he means like Rudyard Kipling's unexamined racism presented as fact in a lot of stories and stuff like that, when given to kids who soak up facts.Like, that's part of the reason Huck Finn has become more of a high school book, so that we can present historical nuance to kids with brains that have gotten to the point they can handle historical nuance.
