But then I grew up and realized she’d also been blackballed by the industry for pulling the curtain back on their shady practices. Have you ever read her open letter to the record labels? They sound just as predatory as venture capitalists in tech before about 2010.

@jake4480 @Defiance @kevin finally giving this a listen and wow, I can see why this is your favorite. I’m only two tracks in and already had to pause it to capture the vibes before I forget them. You’re right, I’m *am* digging this one!

Vocals are Ramones for sure but the music goes in so many places. The first track is fast loud pop like Green Day but then the next one is a soaring anthem with a wall of sound like Japandroids. So damn good!
