@clintruin @connynasch @theleftistlawyer If you can get enough people to vote, it becomes much much harder to rig. Which is all the more reason to encourage people who see what a mess Trump is making in the USA and have the ability to vote there to do so.

@clintruin @connynasch @theleftistlawyer I'm not saying it's easy. But nothing worth fighting for is. I'm just saying that if you can't encourage people to vote for sane politicians, then at least don't discourage them from voting at all.

@clintruin @connynasch @theleftistlawyer Nope, I'm Australian. We have a sane voting system. So I *know* it can be done better. But I also know it won't be good for Canada if the people in the USA *don't* vote him out. So it is in your interests that the people who oppose Trump vote for people that don't support him as much as possible.

@clintruin @connynasch @theleftistlawyer That doesn't address my comment. Did you vote last election? Are you acting to improve things? Or are you just giving up and trying to make others despair?

@clintruin @connynasch @theleftistlawyer The people trying to spread despair and discourage people from voting could be suspected of being bots working for Russia. I mean, that's what a reasonable supposition would be of such people.
