    One thing I wish people would understand about deep rural areas is absolutely no one is choosing between the horse medicine and the real medicine.

    That would be silly. That looks really silly from a distance. Why on earth would rural people choose to do a bad thing when we in the city (and therefore everyone) have access all these good things. Rural people could just do that?

    The choice is between horse medicine and nothing.
