I don't normally cook for just myself, but I had been up for 10 hours and had only eaten 2 handfulls of cheezits, had recently been given a fresh jalapeno (since I'm the only one in the immediate fambly that can spicy), and was told recently that we ha...I don't normally cook for just myself, but I had been up for 10 hours and had only eaten 2 handfulls of cheezits, had recently been given a fresh jalapeno (since I'm the only one in the immediate fambly that can spicy), and was told recently that we had too many eggs and pepperoni.
So I rendered the pepperonis out a bit to cook the jalapeno slices in, before adding 2 whipped eggs , shredded cheddar, and an extra handfull of shredded cheddar, because if I'm gonna cook for myself I'm gonna make it worth it.
