The last time I heard about the whole 432Hz thing, I was reminded of a seminar in uni where our prof had us read Plato in the first session.

The topic of the seminar was something like "the ethos of music" and the very old assumption that music has some immediate impact on your ethical/spiritual wellbeing.

I'm still pissed, though, and I hope I will have some time to vent that anger into songs.

Went to the gym, blew off steam, feeling better now, but I might be on the verge of a migraine. Fuck this shit.

Gods, I am an emotional wreck today. There's the state of the world, and then the city cut down a line of trees near my house. They were dwarf maples and really small, but made a dense canopy that I appreciated a lot in summer.

I hope they're not coming for the chestnut trees in front of my house next.

I think I will have to go to the gym just to get back to some semblance of balance.
