    Legitimate interest.

"The export ban on lithium concentrates had originally been scheduled to come into effect in January 2027, a deadline the government hoped would push mining companies to begin processing and refining the mineral locally

Most of the concentrate is exported to China for further processing into battery-grade materials, but Zimbabwe has been pressing the miners to process more of the minerals in the country as it seeks greater benefits from the global shift to cleaner sources of ‌energy."

The immediate ban covers all raw minerals already in transit and will remain in place until further notice.

    Heteroptera is correct!

    But... Meh...

Likely the brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys), a neozoo. Not directly harmful for humans but a problem for agriculture (especially fruits like apples).

It hides in houses over the winter.

The really wild thing is how recent the introduction into Europe has happened:

"The brown marmorated stink bug was likely first introduced to Europe during the repair work of the Chinese Garden in Zürich, Switzerland, in the winter of 1998. The stink bug has been traced back to have traveled with roof tiles that were imported from Beijing, China."
