@hosford42 @mynameistillian Good cops get fired. My father in law was a cop, but he felt like his time and energy was better spent making sure unhoused people had food and a place to stay rather than arresting them and handing out fines. So the department fired him and made sure he couldn't get hired anywhere else. ACAB, because if they're not they don't last long as cops.
