That plus (possibly) age restrictions which mandate giving an ID (which could be a scan of named ID papers) open up the road to full user transparency. The right to privacy - so important and enshrined in law e.g. in the EU - is on the way to being overturned, if things turn bad.

Just so disabled people in the UK know, if Reform UK get in, they would repeal the Equality Act, describing it as divisive and a political fashion statement.Just to make sure ... attached: the nine protected characteristics of the 2010 Equality Act. Some may be surprised how many "everyday conditions" are subsumed here ... among others age, being married, being pregnant, being disabled and more.
Throwing away all this? I wonder ...
