For me, designing and playing games is a way to communicate. A game is a unique experience shaped by intention, rhythm, and rules.
When someone — maybe on the other side of the world — plays something I made, we share that experience for a moment. That connection through play is what fascinates me.

For the last three years, I've been working with people facing various social difficulties. I’ve run many RPG one-shots with them, bringing together different ages and cultures.
It’s been valuable practice in running fast-paced sessions for mostly inexperienced players — since I only had two hours per week for these activities. I’m really glad I had this opportunity!
I discovered the "in media res" approach some years ago through John Harper’s Lady Blackbird. Since then, I start most of my adventures straight into the action, skipping all preliminaries — it gives them a more cinematic rhythm.
