@CactuarJoe I'd sooner give a fish a license than a human. Human drivers cause 1.2-1.3 million deaths by road injuries, fish, I'd wager, perform much better, even if they wouldn't get very far.

Sometimes in the morning I watch a livestream of a street in Shinjuku, for peoplewatching and things.@CactuarJoe At least they aren't as agressive as they once were. Many businesses used to have strong ladies to grab unsuspecting travelers so they would have more customers.
