the particularly interesting thing about jury nullification is that while the laws against whatever may be on the books, the jury makes it clear that the people do not find it in their best interests that those laws be enforced in those circumstances.and I think the agencies in question here should think long and hard about how much support they have lost for the default deference to authority to be so completely overturned that this took place.I mean, they won't, clearly. But it's what I'd recommend, before an even clearer example takes place.
