We save a serious problem online with shutting people down who present as assholes from the get go. If someone puts the asshole face front and center cut them off and remove them from your space immediately. I don't get the "second chances" to put up with them being an asshole. This isn't a communication issue. This is someone who has behaved in this manner and been allowed to get away with it for way too fucking long. Especially now.
