@the_wub @noheger I think that's basically an X11 custom, Alt+LMB to move, Alt+RMB to resize. Should be available on most "normal" desktop environments

Windows, for all its flaws, had some thick window borders for a while (Win 8? 8.1?) then later visually thinner but they were still easy to hit, like there was a part that didn't look like a border but still counted towards resizing. I found them really pleasant at the time, didn't have to pixel hunt!

@augieray The silence of the NRA and people who get considerably wet mentioning the 2nd Amendment, in the last year, has been deafening.
