One thing that has really struck me about camping gear in D&D and PF: these games always seem to have magically heated/chilled tents, but somehow never have magic camouflage tents. You'd think "hungry predators can't smell us" would be an enchantment in high demand for a tent...

Indeed, that is another major problem: that so many people seem to think that a chatroom with a persistent log is a substitute for well-organized documentation, or even for a FAQ. (Remember FAQs?)
