What is this?!A 3D rogue-like dungeon crawler that doesn’t run on a grid but gives you free movement. All this on 80MB of storage. This is Devil Spire. And frankly, this is a choice title for the Steam Deck. The dev compares the graphics to Hexen but it looks totally different. Don’t get me wrong, there’s lots of pixelated goodness. But not the way Hexen does it. Because this is a rogue-like, every dungeon is different. However the bosses are consistent which takes the edge off the randomness. Devil Spire is outstanding.
