I prefer the yolks be as smooth as possible, but I just use a whisk attachment on my hand mixer. Beautiful, fast, easy, and I may have eaten the extra mixture stuck to the whisks when I’m done.

It’s hard to get people to use something else but I generally tell them that I will only have certain conversations in certain environments and they can move the conversation over or not talk. You decide your own boundaries. That and I think it’s really good to encourage having several ways of communicating with people on several platforms. Resiliency is another important if separate issue. You are not as bound to Discord if you have another way to contact and organize your friends, for example.

Stainless Steel is just straight up not non stick. It’s not designed to build up a patina. Also, why everyone always leaving out coated cast iron - it’s not fully non stick but it’s stick resistant at least and doesn’t have to be babied like cast iron.

Their decks ran real lean, in order to make sure they could get their hands on the killer cards. And a lot of the time they would spend Turns 1 and 2 setting up their big one-hit-kill attacks, usually by moving the cards they'd need next round to their hand or to the top of their deck using their deck management cards.BUTMost of the ante cards target one of two locations - your hand and the top of your deck. Even if the ante didn't pull their expensive cards, it could still be used to essentially banish structural cards that they absolutely needed to pull off their strategy
