@Tim_Eagon @frequentbeef I also didn’t like that one email where they said money you invest can be used as credits. It was really hard to follow. I mean, this is instead of them losing company ownership and huge profits.

@Alphastream @Tim_Eagon @frequentbeef They are definitely just spamming it out, because I've gotten multiples and I'm not a big spender at all (especially recently/in the same timeframe).

@taichara @Alphastream @Tim_Eagon yeah, I assumed they blasted it to everyone, which is an odd way to do fundraising. Reminds me of Fig, was it? The crowdfunding platform for video games where the schtick was it was supposed to be an _investment_.

@Tim_Eagon @frequentbeef @taichara Or bad finance people. Big investment firms do this too. A friend went through a merger and the owning company offered a weird buy-in deal. The research led my friend to believe it’s a bad idea for employees.
