Quesadillas

I found large tortillas with just 5 ingredients in the clearance bread section. Rotisserie chicken fajita mix quesadillas.
Something like $3.50 per person.

I like your plates, we used. To have similar. Do you have big square bowls, too? With notches for a spoon.

Queso fresca. Just your standard crumbly Mexican cheese. If you’ve never had it before, picture feta but without nearly as much salt. So it adds more creaminess.

We don’t have matching bowls but we do have ones that are close. No spoon rest though. And not nearly as big. More standard cereal size. I prefer square plates because they offer more plate in the same shelving space.

Ketchup on a fruit… Is that usual?

That is definitely not ketchup. That is Valentina. The pepper sauce of choice when you’re looking for flavor instead of heat. It’s also the cheapest national brand available.

Ketchup is made from fruit and avocados aren’t sweet. Not saying it’d be good, but it’s not entirely preposterous.

Valentina is so underrated! I keep a bottle in my pantry at all times for tacos, eggs, and even popcorn. The black label version has a bit more heat if anyone wants to step it up. Tapatio and Cholula get all the atention but Valentina has the best flavor-to-price ratio imo.

I alternate between Tapatio and Cholula when I have to restock but I now keep Valentina in stock at all times because my heat intolerant wife likes it.
