    Part of the problem with buying cabbage is that you need to buy pounds when you only need to buy a little. This was my attempt to use up the rest of what I bought for yesterday’s dinner.

    Cost per person, $3.50

      unless that plate is massive, I approve of the potion size.

      kinda sickening to see people’s portion sizes of food. who the heck needs 3 potatoes mashed as 1 portion to survive.

        It’s larger than my regular plates. I used to eat 6000 calories a day to maintain being 6’2" and 135 pounds. I needed three portions of mashed potatoes to survive. But, in general, yes.

          Did you do a lot of heavy activity work or exercise?

          That seems like a lot of calories!

            I didn’t have the strength for activities. Just cursed genetics. I have other family members along my father’s line that are/were in the same situation. After 15 years of that I turned 30 and gained 50 pounds in three years. I finally felt alive.
