@stux Who’s the DNS registrar for the custom domain? I set one up using GoDaddy and it went fine.

They aren't there for support. The job is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. Pissing people off with stupidity is a winning strategy for this. -

@garthc The issue isn't DNS and the domain works fine but from Apple's side i cannot create anymore custom emails for my custom domain
When I try it says: "Get in touch with support" so i think my acc is "full" from previous older emails or something
But the support dude went constantly back to "creating an Apple acc"

@garthc Yes but for this domain I have 0
When i try to create one i get this error:
"You can no longer add an email address. Contact Apple Support."
