    I accidentally prepped too many tortillas so I finished frying them as chips. I recommend it as a great texture addition to the meal.

    The seasoning for the turkey was onion, granulated garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, ground coriander seeds.

    Cost per person $3.48 I had commercial enchilada sauce so I used it but if I had made it the cost per person for the meal would have been $2.60

      Tortilla chips as edible cutlery are an awesome thing, crunch and flavor-wise. For some reason we tend to think of them as only a ‘nacho’ or ‘dip’ thing, but IMO they’re useful for all kinds of dishes, not just Tex-Mex.
