okay, after 13.5 hours of playing this game, my further thoughts: once you get out of those first few hours, the pacing is much better. the events keep coming, but at a less exhausting pace. the voice acting is still amazing, Jill is A+++, Cidolfus Telamon is AAA+, and Torgul is, was, and ever shall be Goodest Boy. #FF16

okay, a) Annabella is the worst. The Worst. b) the whole thing with Kupka's hands was kinda gruesome. c) now that I'm 25 hours into this game, it turns out the second or third big boss fight I was in didn't drop what it was supposed to drop? so I don't know how I'm supposed to make these weapons now...
