@triddlesNot without a plan, no. The execuitive controls the party infrastructure. They can undermine efforts for reform better than reformers can inact change, if they so wish. And they are elected themselves, in separate elections. The party execuitive and the party's parliamentary leadership are different, and not inherently aligned.@avilewis
