The main two things were:* Do heads have separate HP from the body? I ruled no, damage done to a head is also done to the body, but it doesn't carry over after a head is severed. This made the heads function like damage-soak minions?* Does regeration scale with Actual Number of Heads or with Original Number of Heads? I think RAW it should scale with Actual Number of Heads, but to keep things simple I kept it stable at Regen HP is equal to Head HP.

me, before the session: "there's the boar fight and then they can start their 3 quick quests. i'm sure they'll finish one of those quests this session."...and then the boar fight was most of the session xDwe only play for 2 hours, but still! i've gotten pretty good at estimating the PCs actions in certain situations, but the speed of their actions? hopeless! xDand i kinda love that!all 3 quests are prepped!no prep needed for a few weeks #Pathfinder2e #pf2e #ExtinctionCurse

I used mostly Normal and Hard DCs for their level How have you been handling environmental challenges, in general? Chase obstacles shouldn’t have DCs that are explicitly scaled to the party level; instead, they are tied to the obstacle’s level (which means the DCs might be implicitly scaled to the party level, if the challenges are on-level for the party). I just ask because this is something I see a lot of GMs do that causes problems, they scale all DCs with the party, even for things that should have static DCs. And if I were free-wheeling an unprepared chase scene, I, personally, would be leaning on the Simple DCs table, not Leveled DCs.
