And you exercise power to take or maintain control. Not everything the wealthy do is designed to create a profit. A lot of it isn't! They spend a lot of money to control us. In Iceland and Norway we have been fortunate enough to have plenty of hydro power, so use of oil has been mostly related to cars and ships.
