I think Balahara would be edible, but I feel like its meat would land somewhere between scallops and snakes which makes it a strictly acquired taste. Actually I bet Xu Wu is pretty gross, too. The spears it throws at you are made of mucus, which means it's gotta have a complex snot delivery system in all of its arms. Can't make calamari outta that, you get buried in rapidly solidifiying -- and SHARP -- snot

Uth Duna's probably edible. It only hunts during the Downpour, so I bet it's sedentary for the rest of the time, meaning it's gonna be very fatty. Oo, it's probably like hippo meat, really. Thick layer of flab, but the meat's pretty good
