Stop trying to get people to come to #mastodon as if it’s any better than #bluesky. This place has deep, WEIRD issues it needs to address. Not only do you have the same (if not WORSE) problems with racism, general creepiness, and platforming known sociopaths, you also have the detriment of being confusing on a technical level.
It’s Liberal racism (masto) vs Corporate racism (BS) and ALL will lose in the long run unless you address it. As is with every site, ever.

@ErickaSimone the fact that you, personally, have not been able to solve the problem - that nobody has - doesn't change the fact that the possibility of solving it exists on Mastodon. That possibility does not exist on bluesky.

Give a broad solution to this problem:
RACIST joins fediverse site A.
Does a racism against an innocent Fedizen.
Site A bans RACIST.RACIST joins fediverse site B.
Does a racism against the same innocent Fedizen.
Site B bans RACIST.RACIST joins fediverse site C.
Does a racism against the same innocent Fedizen.
Site C bans RACIST.Et cetera for the thousands of Fediverse sites.
This assumes that all Fediverse sites would ban someone over racism. And that RACIST doesn't start their own Fediverse site. And...
