    No celery or thyme so I had to improvise with fennel seeds, celery seed, lime juice and fresh ginger. Forgot to add the red pepper flakes.

    The chicken was leftover backs from two chickens.

    Cost per person, maybe $1.20 since the chickens already paid for themselves and the ginger was home grown. I ended up with enough stock to make something else.
