The Owlcat Pathfinder games are great but they're all on the 1e ruleset, whereas 2e is the one I've actually played tabletop with

I only got to play Pathfinder 2E in an one-shot, but not for lack of trying to pitch it to my local group.
Alas, they are more interested in D&D 5E at the moment. But in the meantime, I am slowly reading my way through the books:

Jürgen Hubert Have you had the chance to play Dawnbury Days? It’s a short, independent, grid-based video game based on the PF2e rule set, and it’s a pretty good experience.
It’s not quite how I run the game – I like to massage and bend it to my purposes – but it gives you a default, RAW adventure where you can kick the tires for just a few euro.

Jürgen Hubert If you’re into English language actual-plays, too, I can happily recommend Rotgrind, Rotgoons, and Rustcrew from Narrative Declaration, or Mortals & Portals if you’re into something a little more tightly edited and rules-loose.
But Dawnsbury Days is the most accessible hands-on experience for individuals currently flying solo exploring the system.
