So... Very... Tired...

I’m so tired. Dear gods am I tired.
Due to my layoff, I’ve started rationing my physiotherapy appointments. My supplementary health insurance lasts until the end of March, so I can try and draw things out a bit more and do work on my own. My gym membership is also paid up for the next 11 months, so I have lots of runway to rehab independently. So, my PT gave me a gym routine for solo rehab, and told me I should do it 2x a week when I have an appointment, and 3x a week when I don’t.
I tried it out this weekend, and things went well. I was happy with it. Then on Tuesday night, I did it again, this time with more weight. I wasn’t going to do anything else until my physio appointment this morning.
But my wife decided she liked doing the weights, so we went yesterday morning. I was just going to do some of my physio ‘homework’, not my gym routine, but… but… the equipment was right there. I felt good! It was low weight! And maybe I just needed to get used to doing this stuff more, like I would if I was working a manual labour job. It only takes a week or so to acclimate to that!
Yeah… That was a mistake.
I’m so tired today. My everything feels so heavy. And I have karate in an hour! WTF?!?? What’s that doing in my day???!?
At least I don’t have to get up for work tomorrow, I guess.
