That looks grand with the thighs nestling into the rice. And you know that rice flavour is going to have benefited from the meat juices as it cooked. Itโs such a good way to cook meat and rice. Thereโs a reason biryani is so popular!
I might be inclined to hit it with some chopped parsley for colour. And a good spritz of lemon if sheโs not already done that.
Hehe thank you very much! Now that youโve mentioned it, we did have some parsley lying around, just forgot to picture it it was too late
and she made a tahini sauce with a bit of lemon to go with it too!
