First time making gimbap at home. This is a vegetarian version with fried tofu, egg, yellow pickled radish, spinach, cucumber and carrots. In case someone is interested, here are some pictures from the process:

Looks great! I typically cut long veggie sticks, but I’ll try your shorter version next time round. I also add some roasted sesame seeds in the rice, you might want to try! Such a delicious and simple food

Did you marinate the tofu? It looked very ham/sausage like at a glance!

Yes, it’s cut into longish sticks, then fried, then marinated in soy sauce with some sugar and rice vinegar.
