That seems an odd restriction for a major US nonprofit. Any idea why they're not using a PEO or setting up state-level registration on an as-needed basis?

@eloquence @brooke @jalefkowit allegedly they haven't changed the list of US states recently, but I don't remember it being like that in the distant past. We just dropped almost 20 countries off the hiring list though.

Iāve actually been rejected for more than one job because the recruiter and hiring manager didnāt know my time zone existed.
