Gotta get that oven temp as hot as it will go or you won’t brown that crust without brushing with oil. You’ll get dense dough on the edges.

Banana peppers on pizza is the bomb. But banana peppers on most things is the bomb.

I had the thing cranked to 500 with a cast iron pan in there as a heat battery. Fire bricks need to be ordered in bulk because they aren’t stocked locally. Otherwise I’d have built a wood burning oven in the yard by now.
