    2 egg

    1/2 cup milk

    2 tsp vanilla

3 cups lightly packed brown sugar

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp baking powder

    2/3 cup butter / shortening

1 cup baking cocoa (or use a little less if you donโ€™t want it as strong)

    2 cups flour

    About 1 cup icing sugar

    Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.

    Mix butter and brown sugar.

    Add eggs, milk and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix salt, baking powder, cocoa and flour.

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix it well.

Lay on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Drop cookie batter onto sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

After it cools, sprinkle with icing sugar on top.

    Enjoy!
