I think that's part of the quasi-religious tension that gaming has. RPGs seem to create very "Council of Nicea" vibes from time to time, with people gathering to discuss their version of "The Book"

@Taskerland What can I say? Some people are oblivious to the concept of "desktop run." I sure didn't need to see the "big picture" to know V5 not granting any real character advancement other than diablerie was unplayable for me (or ANYONE who doesn't want their game to be strictly about a bunch of diablerists).
