I do something like an “oatmeal risotto” sometimes. Savory oats cooked with mushrooms and chopped nuts, sometimes breakfast sausage crumbled in, finished with some parmesan and a splash of cream if I’m feeling decadent.

What’s the sausage? I do sliced kielbasa in Mac and cheese a lot, but that looks… erm… girthier.

Did you try “aioli” in the search to make sure you’re getting results with the sauce? It basically means fancy flavored mayo, and I see tons of ham and swiss slider on hawaiian roll recipes searching with that.
