Hey #Fediverse #artists, and folks who know artists: I'm looking to commission a couple pieces, probably spread out over time due to my income, for #superheroes. I'm looking for a relatively detailed style, less cartoonish. Please help me find someone! Profile and website links all appreciated.

I'm so close to being done with #Linux users. They do not understand: if you are comfy with what Linux demands, including command line use, then you are not an Average Computer User.

@Tim_Eagon Sigh. I'm glad I couldn't get the web app working for the home radio station of the Steelers (WDVE; they use iHeartRadio and it freaking *sucks*). I'd have been breaking shit by the end of the game.

@DejahEntendu I have been working very hard for years to use "folks", "y'all", or my native "yinz", but every so often a "guys" slips out to cover mixed company and I wince the instant it escapes my lips.

I'm going to admit to something that's going to get me in trouble.

I *despise* "neopronouns". I'm talking about things like "hir", "faer", "xe" and so on.

I don't dislike the idea. Gender is far beyond a binary. We need new words.

I just hate that all these neopronouns sound like bad sci-fi/fantasy fan bullshit. They don't sound like *English*.

But I just have to get over it, I guess. Mutual respect and all that.
