I think typically you use Basmati rice for making shawarma rice, as for the meat we only had chicken thighs on hand at the time, would’ve loved to have shredded lamb with it too. Also made tahini sauce to go with it not included in the picture though

Hehe thank you very much! Now that you’ve mentioned it, we did have some parsley lying around, just forgot to picture it it was too late and she made a tahini sauce with a bit of lemon to go with it too!

It was tasty if I say so myself. Usually the lighting in our dining table is terrible (need to get better lights heh), maybe it was just my phone’s quality that made it look good Either way, thank you!
